We are committed to transparency throughout the entire fulfillment process so that you feel confident and informed from the moment your order is placed to the moment it reaches your door.

All orders are prepared and processed after they are placed. Unlike mass-produced goods, many of our items—especially our herbal wellness products, teas, and seasoning blends—are made in small batches to preserve freshness, potency, and authenticity. Please allow 24 to 72 hours (1–3 business days) for order processing before shipment. Processing times may vary slightly during high-demand periods, product launches, or holidays, but we always strive to fulfill orders as efficiently as possible without compromising quality.

Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped using a reliable carrier. Standard shipping times typically range from 2 to 5 business days within the United States, depending on your location. Please note that shipping timelines are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Jolýpani is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or unforeseen logistical issues once the package has left our facility.

Due to the nature of some of our products, we take extra care in packaging to maintain product integrity during transit. Perishable or temperature-sensitive items may be shipped with protective packaging to help preserve freshness. In some cases, products may arrive slightly warm or thawed depending on transit conditions—this does not necessarily affect product quality. We recommend that customers follow all storage instructions provided upon delivery to maintain optimal freshness and shelf life.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Jolýpani is not liable for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If an error is noticed, please contact us immediately. While we will do our best to assist, we cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered the processing or shipping phase.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend checking with neighbors or your local carrier. Jolýpani is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery.
